Global defined terms
- "ScaleAxis", "we", "us", "our". ScaleAxis LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.
- "Service" or "ScaleAxis OS". the multi-tenant business operating system made available at scaleaxis.ai and app.scaleaxis.ai, and any successor domain, including all features, APIs, SDKs, documentation, AI Features, and ScaleAxis Managed services.
- "Customer", "you", "your". the legal entity that has accepted these terms and on whose behalf the Service is used.
- "Authorized User". an individual employee, contractor, or agent of Customer authorized by Customer to access the Service under Customer's account.
- "Customer Data". all data, content, files, contacts, leads, deals, messages, AI Business Context entries, prompts, and other information Customer or its Authorized Users upload to, generate within, or transmit through the Service, excluding Service Data.
- "Service Data". operational metadata generated by the Service, including system logs, error logs, telemetry, security events, aggregated usage patterns, and de-identified analytics.
- "AI Features". features of the Service that rely on large-language-model inference, including AI email composition, AI assistance, and the AI Business Context system.
- "AI Business Context". the per-organization knowledge store used to inject context into AI prompts; scoped exclusively to a single Customer tenant.
- "Sub-processor". a third party engaged by ScaleAxis to process Customer Data, as listed in the Sub-processor List.
- "Effective Date". September 7, 2026.
- "Beta Period". the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the date ScaleAxis declares the Service generally available ("GA") by notice in the Service or by email.
