I am Musa Comma. ScaleAxis is my practice, and for now it is one person: I scope the work, I build it, and I answer the phone.

I spent years inside service businesses watching owners hold everything together with spreadsheets, group chats and memory. The work was fine. The systems behind it were not, and the owner paid for that gap every week.

ScaleAxis started as custom builds: the intake flow, the follow up sequence, the reporting that a business actually needed instead of the one its tools happened to offer. ScaleAxis OS is the product version of that work, one system for the whole client lifecycle, built for service businesses that are too big for a notebook and too small for an enterprise rollout.

I am based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and work with clients across the US.
